Weekly tools for a better week – MÅLRETTET MANDAG

For danish readers, I publish a fresh simple tool or useful tip on productivity, motivation etc. every single Monday, via a short email. You have to sign up for it by entering your email here. English readers can follow my english newsletter (comes out quite infrequently) via HappyWays.com.

Signing up to either newsletter lets you download the eBook The Happy Dozen / Det Glade Dusin.

Habit tracking sheet

If you’re up for measuring on the small, daily actions, the 12-month tracker (pfd and excel) is downloadable via the weekly newsletter Målrettet Mandag above (link again).

Book recommendations

At the moment, my top recommendation is the following:

Essentialism, by Greg McKeown. Also, books on the 80/20 principle are key.

My own book, Happiness at Work, as available from Amazon in various formats, including audio (also on iTunes books). Danish version here.

For leadership, I highly recommend Gung Ho! by Ken Blanchard.

Listen to the podcasts and LiveStreams

The danish podcast RevolutJon! started in the fall of 2018. Go here or search for it in your podcast app. My danish YouTube-channel is here.

The english podcast HappyWays launched late January 2016 and there is now more than 30 episodes out. I do encourage you to get episode 07 “Why I hate email”, people tell me they love it. Go here for a full list of episodes and subscribe options. You can also use these buttons to subscribe directly on your smartphone, via iTunes (for Apple devices) or Stitcher (on Android):
